strategist, philanthropist, entrepreneur, facilitator & public speaker
Hi! I'm Chaz Broderick Chapman- an emerging philanthropist, avid change agent, and social-responsibility enthusiast with six years of multi-faceted experience in organizational leadership with a particular focus on strategic planning, project management and organizational development within both the for profit and nonprofit sectors.
DIRECTOR OF TALENT & BRANDING
At Agape Youth & Family Center- a thriving nonprofit in the northwest Atlanta suburbs, I served as a key member on the development team, providing logistical expertise on events, assistance to fundraiser committee chairs, marketing collateral, and volunteer management to support an expanding development effort, an annual operating budget of approximately $1.5 million and an $8.5 million Capital Campaign.
In January 2018, I was promoted to Director of Talent & Branding where I serve as the primary contact for all things human capital- from recruitment, to talent development and retention strategies regarding our employee base. Some of my high priority items right now are restructuring our performance review process, updating competencies to match real time job descriptions/tasks, expanding our internship partnerships and developing a talent development portfolio. Additionally, I collaboratively drive the marketing strategy within our community and across the agency to drive engagement and build stronger relationships.
Feel free to check out some of the great things happening at Agape Youth & Family Center or even share some of your expertise in the Talent & Branding arena.
